Management of non-discrimination

The protection of the confidentiality of economically sensitive and economically favourable information and the guarantee of equal treatment of shippers and potential shippers are obligations of GRTgaz Deutschland which is why clear standards have been determined. In addition, the company has issued a code of compliance and a charter of principles.

These codes provide daily tools which are mandatory for employees when carrying out their duties:

  • Guarantee of confidentiality of economically sensitive and economically favourable information
  • Transparency of the terms and conditions of access to the network
  • Application of these rules in a non-discriminatory manner

GRTgaz Deutschland provides its report on non-discrimination annually and communicates it to the Bundesnetzagentur according to the policy of energy economics on the due date September 30th of each year. Since 2008, there have been no complaints or references of violence of the non-discrimination program in the previous reporting periods.
